1. Acceptance of these terms

By using the Widgety app (the "App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. The App is provided by Widgety ("we", "us", or the "Company").

2. Subscriptions & billing

The App offers paid subscriptions (Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime) and a free tier. All subscriptions are handled exclusively through Apple's App Store using StoreKit 2.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation.
• Monthly and Annual subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription anytime in Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions.
• The "Lifetime" plan is a one-time purchase that grants access to all current and future features without renewal.

3. Refunds

Refunds follow Apple's App Store policy. To request a refund, contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot process refunds directly because transactions occur with Apple, not with us.

4. Acceptable use

The App is for personal use. You may not:

• Use the App for any unlawful activity or activity contrary to Islamic principles.
• Attempt to access source code, modify, or reverse-engineer the App.
• Use the App in any way that could harm the service or other users.
• Impersonate others or share another account.

5. AI Imam — disclaimer

AI Imam is an AI-powered feature backed by Anthropic's Claude model. Answers are not official fatwas or a substitute for qualified scholars. For significant or sensitive matters, please consult a trusted scholar. Neither we nor Anthropic guarantee the absolute accuracy of every answer.

6. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. We cannot guarantee prayer times are accurate for every location at every moment (though we work hard to be). You are responsible for verifying times in cases of doubt. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be presented in-app before they take effect. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
