مقدمة
الخصوصية في الإسلام أمانة — وما اؤتمنا عليه نحفظه. ودجتي صُمِّم من البداية ليعمل على جهازك أنت، لا على خوادمنا. هذه السياسة تشرح بالتفصيل ما يحدث لبياناتك (الإجابة المختصرة: لا شيء يخرج من آيفونك إلا ما تطلبه أنت).
البيانات التي نجمعها
لا نجمع أي معلومات شخصية تُعرّفك (مثل الاسم، البريد، رقم الهاتف، أو IP). تحديداً:
- لا حسابات للمستخدمين. لا تحتاج للتسجيل لاستخدام التطبيق.
- لا تتبّع. لا نستخدم cookies، Facebook Pixel، Google Analytics، أو أي SDK تحليلي.
- لا إعلانات. لا نملك مساحات إعلانية، ولا نشارك بيانات مع شبكات إعلانية.
- المشتريات تُدار بالكامل عبر StoreKit من Apple. نتلقى منهم تأكيد الاشتراك فقط، بدون بياناتك.
ملخّص: لا نعرف من أنت، أين تسكن، ولا متى تفتح التطبيق.
كيف تعمل مواقيت الصلاة؟
عندما تمنح التطبيق إذن الوصول للموقع، يستخدمه الآيفون محلياً فقط ليُحدّد إحداثياتك ويُجري الحسابات الفلكية بنفسه. لا يُرسل موقعك لنا أو لأي خادم. يمكنك أيضاً اختيار مدينتك يدوياً من قائمة المدن المعروفة.
الإمام الذكي والخصوصية
ميزة الإمام الذكي تحتاج اتصالاً بنموذج Claude AI من Anthropic لمعالجة سؤالك. ما يحدث:
- سؤالك يُرسل إلى Anthropic عبر اتصال مُشفّر (HTTPS / TLS).
- الإجابة تعود لجهازك، ولا تُحفظ على خوادمنا.
- محادثاتك لا تُستخدم لتدريب أي نموذج. لدينا اتفاق صريح مع Anthropic بهذا الشأن.
- سجلّ محادثاتك يُحفظ على جهازك فقط ويمكنك مسحه في أي وقت من الإعدادات.
الخدمات الخارجية
نستخدم أقل عدد ممكن من الخدمات الخارجية:
- Apple StoreKit — للاشتراكات والمشتريات (تحكمها سياسة Apple).
- Anthropic (Claude) — للإمام الذكي فقط، حسب الشروط أعلاه.
لا توجد خدمات أخرى. لا Google، لا Meta، لا Mixpanel، لا Sentry.
حقوقك
بما أننا لا نحتفظ ببيانات تُعرّفك، لا توجد بيانات نستطيع حذفها أو تصديرها لك. لكن إذا كان عندك أي سؤال، تواصل معنا.

Introduction
Privacy in Islam is a trust — what we are entrusted with, we safeguard. Widgety is built from day one to run on your device, not our servers. This policy explains in detail what happens to your data (short version: nothing leaves your iPhone unless you ask it to).
What we collect
We collect zero personally identifiable information (no name, email, phone, or IP). Specifically:
- No user accounts. You don't need to sign up to use the app.
- No tracking. We don't use cookies, Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, or any analytics SDK.
- No ads. We have no ad inventory and never share data with ad networks.
- Purchases are handled entirely by Apple's StoreKit. We only receive subscription receipts — no personal info.
The summary: we don't know who you are, where you live, or when you open the app.
How prayer times work
When you grant the app location permission, iOS uses your coordinates locally to compute prayer times via astronomical formulas. Your location never reaches our servers. You can also pick a city manually from a built-in list.
AI Imam & privacy
The AI Imam feature connects to Anthropic's Claude API to process your question. Here's what happens:
- Your question is sent to Anthropic over an encrypted HTTPS/TLS connection.
- The answer is returned to your device and is never stored on our servers.
- Your conversations are never used to train any model. We have an explicit agreement with Anthropic to this effect.
- Your conversation history is stored only on your device and can be cleared at any time from Settings.
Third-party services
We use the minimum number of third-party services possible:
- Apple StoreKit — for subscriptions and purchases (subject to Apple's privacy policy).
- Anthropic (Claude) — for AI Imam only, under the terms above.
That's the entire list. No Google. No Meta. No Mixpanel. No Sentry.
Your rights
Because we don't retain personally identifiable data, there's no data we could export or delete on your behalf. If you have any question, please reach out.
