Terms of Use

By using Widgety you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. Where they differ, Apple’s agreement applies.

1. The app

Widgety shows prayer times, the Hijri date, occasions and weather in widgets. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use it on Apple devices you own or control, under the App Store rules.

2. Times and dates

Prayer times are astronomical calculations for your location and the chosen method; they may differ by minutes from your mosque’s timetable or your country’s official one. The Hijri date follows the Umm al-Qura calendar and may differ by a day from local moon sighting; you can adjust it in Settings. For worship, follow your country’s official authority.

3. Widgety Pro

  • Pro unlocks the additional designs and the Themes. It is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
  • The price is shown in your currency in the app before you buy, and is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within the 24 hours before it ends.
  • Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Restore Purchases in Settings brings Pro back on a new iPhone with the same Apple Account.

4. Weather

Weather data is provided by Weather. Data sources. It may not be available at every time or place.

5. Ownership

Widgety’s designs, artwork and text are ours or licensed to us; the typefaces are licensed from their owners. You may not copy, modify or redistribute the app.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use or from inaccurate times or weather. This does not limit statutory rights that cannot be waived.

7. Changes

We may update these terms and the date above. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept it.
